I don't think there's much of a point in reviewing fast food in comparison to food served to you in an actual restaurant, so I gave Popeyes three stars for service and for comparison of food quality to other fast food fried chicken chains. Service was incredibly efficient, with no frills. The woman at the counter took your order and had charged you within seconds, and then immediately turned around and filled your order. There was pretty much no wait. The food itself was exactly as expected. The fried chicken was good and filling, the chicken tenders were incredibly dry and flavorless, and the biscuits were more of the same. As with most fried chicken fast food restaurants, I would stick with the fried chicken.

The chicken is good when you are able to order it. I have waited in the drive thru for several minutes just to get to the ordering speaker to find out that they only have dark meat or the only have spicy tenders available...if chicken is your main menu item why is it not available to order... The last three times we actually got to order you have to check your order. We got four tenders and there was only two tenders in the box and no biscuits... And when you say something they get upset and argue with you that it should be right. We have stopped going because it's a hassle. Rogers has good chicken...

It is 8pm as I write this. The lobby is empty with the exception of the few guests that are waiting for their food. The service is always horrible. I often wonder if there is a jungle gym in the back. There is right now barely no food in the warming area. And the manager and his staff are no where to be seen. I can under stand that there no being a lot of food out because it being close to closing time but having old food is worse then no food. Well, after waiting close to 30 min and being yelled at. I asked the manager who was semi nice for a refund and left..

The chicken is very good. Service is average. If you're doing carryout .... check your order before leaving. They tend to make mistakes. This is Popeye's only location in the St. Joe, Coloma or Benton Harbor area.

Very fast service. Drive thru is kind of slow. Chicken is fresh. Staff is nice. Not very clean inside, but it's a fast food restaurant so I didn't expect much. Tables clean. But condiments on the floor. Kitchen looks clean but no hairnets on the staff.

We waited in rhe drive thru line for about 10 minutes and when we finally got up to order at 9:58pm, they shut off their lights and told us that they weren't going to make any new food tonight, so we left.
